Andy brings to Skill4 over ten years of experience in both designing and delivering bespoke training solutions in a variety of sectors, including leisure, financial, retail and public sector. He joined Skill4 after a successful career in retail management, during which he worked as operations manager at B&Q, where he designed and implemented the company's UK training academy. Andy is a qualified master coach, and enjoys using training and coaching to enable organisations to improve business performance.
