Claire is experienced in both the design and delivery of training and development initiatives in a wide range of sectors, including retail, leisure, IT, health and communications. She is passionate about developing flexible, high-impact, client-focused solutions which achieve measurable improvements in the performance of individuals, teams and organisations. She holds a first-class honours degree, and is currently studying for a masters in management development.
