Frances’ training skills have been developed over the last 20 years throughout the UK, Europe, South Africa and the USA, with specialisms in face-to-face sales skills, coaching, negotiations and telephone skills. She has designed and delivered programmes for a wide variety of markets including the advertising, legal, retail, service, hospitality, financial and telecoms sectors.
She is able to deliver the full range of Skill4 programmes, and advises on training design and the project management of programmes.
