Janet Curran brings over twelve years' experience in producing innovative training solutions for a wide range of blue-chip and public sector clients. With a PhD in retail marketing, and having worked with clients such as Asda, Marks and Spencer and Matalan, she has a particular interest in developing training which maximises people's performance in the retail sector. She also has considerable experience of developing sales and customer service training for call-centre staff for clients such as Lloyds TSB, BT and British Gas.
