Skill4 Customer Service Team of the Year - winner announced

Skill4 were delighted to sponsor the flagship award of 'Skill4 Customer Service Team of the Year' at the 2007 National Customer Service Awards.

The awards took place on the evening of Tuesday 18th September at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London at an impressive Oscar style ceremony where the industry celebrated the successes and achievements of many individuals, teams and organisations in customer service.

Tony Hughes, CEO of Skill4 opened the Awards with a speech on 'Sales through Service' and with 1,600 guests in attendance, the event was a huge success.

The proud winner of the Skill4 Customer Service Team of the Year is Sainsbury's Guisborogh, represented by Shirley Wigham. We would like to congratulate Shirley and the team at Sainsbury's on all their achievements and we wish them every success in the future.
