SKILL4 INTERNATIONAL APPOINTS NEW BUSINESS DIRECTOR - SALES

Dominic France-Lynch to drive delivery of international programmes for multinational organisations and content providers

Wentworth, 23rd September 2009: Skill4 International, launched recently to provide consistent world-class training delivery across the globe, has appointed Dominic France-Lynch as business director-sales.

Skill4 has been born out of the established training delivery arm of Huthwaite International. In his new role, France-Lynch will be responsible for developing business within Skill4's key target client base of multinational organisations and training content providers. "Many businesses today have a clear idea of the training content they wish to implement, but lack the resources and skills to undertake this across multiple geographies, cultures and languages," he confirms.

"In response, by building on the company's unrivalled 30+ years' experience in developing international performance improvement programmes as part of the Huthwaite International group of companies, Skill4 is ideally geared to meet this need, by developing and implementing high quality global training initiatives based on the client's or other third party content. Our message to clients therefore is simple: your content, our capability, global deployment."

France-Lynch previously worked for Huthwaite International as a consultant developing best practice sales effectiveness solutions, before joining recruitment specialist, Aptus Personnel as managed accounts director. In 2008, as a freelance consultant he worked with Huthwaite International to develop a business case and go to market strategy for Skill4 as the group's new training delivery arm, launched recently.

"At Skill4, our goal is to deliver training without frontiers™," confirms managing director, Tony Hughes. "In working with our worldwide partner network, Dominic's experience of leading international training implementations and delivering cultural and strategic change will help ensure we achieve this, by delivering consistent high quality and cost-effective training initiatives, whatever the location."

Dominic France-Lynch will speak at the forthcoming World of Learning Conference, NEC Birmingham, 30 September – 1 October. Visit Skill4 International on Stand F165.
