Allen is responsible for all aspects of the implementation of client projects. His team of consultants and trainers work internationally across all business sectors and use their design, behaviour change and project management expertise to ensure the client achieves the best possible result. Allen's previous experience includes implementing a wide variety of training using client intellectual property from time management to quality management and most things in between! He is alert to the changing nature of training and learning and believes strongly in a blended approach to both, having experience in designing and delivering face to face training, e learning and virtual learning.
