Annalize brings a diverse range of skills and experiences to Skill4. She has many years hands on experience of designing and delivering training with both in-house and external IP, sometimes requiring new content to be blended with existing skills and processes. Adapting style and content of any training intervention to the audience is essential to success and Annalize has worked with people at all levels of an organisation from kitchen staff and welders, to company directors and executive teams. The training delivered has also been wide ranging from complex sales and negotiation skills, through to coaching skills and company policies and procedures. One particular skills development course designed by Annalize even required her to attend a welding course so that she was completely in sync with the skills required.

Annalize first joined the Huthwaite International group in South Africa, and through her experiences there and the many multinational client implementations she has managed since joining group headquarters in the UK, has in-depth knowledge of cultural, social and business nuances across many boundaries.
