Barry has a background in consultancy and operations management. Prior to this role, he successfully managed a team of consultants, whilst managing and delivering solutions to clients within his own portfolio. Barry is now responsible for maintaining the world-class delivery quality of programmes for Skill4 and across the Huthwaite International group. He manages and implements the training and accreditation of our representatives around the world.

His experience is international, having worked in every European country, North Africa, the Middle East, India, Canada and the USA and South Africa.

Barry is also a prolific writer of articles on sales and negotiation issues. He has been published or quoted in a range of national daily newspapers and professional journals over the years.
