Dominic joined Huthwaite International group in 2000 as a consultant and quickly developed his own portfolio of International clients across a broad range of markets. He is accomplished at leading international training implementations and focuses on the activities that will deliver project objectives.

Dominic possesses excellent problem solving skills and recognises the broader issues that can challenge success - management buy-in; functional alignment and performance management to name but a few. He has valuable experience in delivering cultural and strategic change from within a large organisation. This was acquired during his tenure as a divisional director within the managed services industry.

He has worked in Europe, USA and Asia – delivering training, facilitating top team events and speaking at seminars.
