Tony is expert in the area of training and change management. He is committed to implementing solutions that will have a sustained outcome on performance improvement. He joined Huthwaite International over 15 years ago and following an MBO in 1998, Tony became Managing Director of Huthwaite International, with executive control of The Huthwaite International group of companies.

Tony has a hands-on approach to life, which means he enjoys working closely with his clients to get to know them and their business. As a result, he has acquired a wealth of knowledge on business issues across many industry sectors.

Having worked with a wide selection of clients over the years, predominantly on an international basis, Tony has designed, implemented and delivered projects ranging from virtually simultaneous delivery to 1000 people across 9 countries in 3 continents over a 3 month period, to projects which roll out year after year.

As a public speaker, Tony is regularly invited to speak on a number of subjects ranging from 'Creating Value against New Channels to Market' to Effective strategies for combating reverse auctions' to 'Changing Behaviour to Change Results'.
